Located in the suburb of Delhi – Greater Noida, the first Indian F1 Grand Prix Prix will be held on a newly built circuit designed by the renowned Formula One race track designer Herman Tilke who has designed circuits such as Sepang, Shanghai, the Yas Marina, Sakhir Intl in Bahrain, Turkey, Valencia and Korea. Tilke were clients of ours in 2010 at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The long awaited debut to race Indian F1 Grand Prix will finally arrive in late October 2011 with the first Indian F1 Grand Prix staging approximately 50km from Dehli.

Being built at a cost of USD 350 million, the track is supposed to be around 5.5 Kilometres in length and is expected to have the second fastest average speed of any circuit on the calendar behind Monza! The Indian F1 Grand Prix track contains a total of 6 corners and will have a capacity of 118,000 people. The track is one of the fastest in the world, with the cars reaching 320 kmph.
